A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also check your order at any time from My Account.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
If you are out when it arrives
Your tracking link lets you follow the parcel and manage delivery options, such as a safe place or a neighbour, where the carrier supports it. If a delivery is missed, the tracking page shows redelivery or collection options.
Packaging
Every bottle is boxed and protected for transit, using carrier services approved for fragrance. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will put it right. See our Returns and Refunds page for full details.
